Anyone been to or done a golf scramble shower for the bride or couple?
I haven’t been to one, but I think it’s a terrific idea. Scrambles are good even for beginners…my first tournament was a scramble and I had a blast. The more experienced players on my team gave me pointers throughout the day, too.
It’d be a lot of fun to play 18 holes (or even 9 if you wanted it to take less time) and then have lunch and open presents. As a woman, I’d prefer that over the traditional bridal shower with silly games!

They have them at my club often as we are the only banquet facility in town. Usually though just the men play golf while the ladies have a bridal shower. It would probably be fun to combine both though and allow the ladies to play golf and the men to share in the gifts as well.
