What to use to hit tennis balls far, and very accurate. Anything but golf clubs – for a "tennis scramble"

we are drilling holes in a frozen lake and having a 4 man scramble to get tennis balls into the holes. We can use anything BUT golf clubs – what will be the best way to hit tennis balls far and accurate. ex.) tennis racket, baseball bat, hockey stick…. help me out with my best option! Thanks!
Tennis rackets off course! Use a over-sized racket with loose strings to hit it far with not much accuracy.
If there was any way to hit a tennis ball harder and more accurate, tennis players would have used that.
Hitting tennis balls with golf clubs doesn’t make them go far.
Are you allowed to pick the balls up and them hit them?

I would pick them up and hit them with a baseball bat the first hit or two. Then it seems to me, a hockey stick would be best to get them into the hole. Can you use two different methods? In golf, you can use 14 clubs.
