Rene is the founding chairman of the Mulligan Concept Teacher's Association and has been instrumental to the development of the organization since its inception in 1995. He has received intensive personal training with Brian Mulligan in New Zealand as well as certification in Manual Therapy in The Netherlands. He obtained his specialty Diploma of Manipulative Therapy from the New Zealand Manipulative Therapy Association in 1984 and has assisted Brian Mulligan and taught upper quadrant, lower quadrant and follow-up Mulligan courses independently since 1990.
