| **. Practitioner CD Errata |
In the creation of this Mulligan Practitioner disc, all reasonable attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the video, audio and text components. In order to allow camera angle views some minor compromises of practitioner or client positioning have had to be made. In the event of an apparent conflict between the video clips demonstrated on this CD-ROM and the instruction of an accredited Mulligan Concept Teacher, defer to the advice of these highly trained professionals.
Despite our best efforts, the following errata have been noted.

Practitioner® content in numerous ways. With Rx Box® Reference
you can watch and save video clips, print supporting data,

| 02. How do I use Rx Box® Reference? |
The Rx Box® Reference software on the Mulligan Practitioner® disc is easy to use. Most users discover they can learn and use it effectively by starting it up and following the easy to understand screen directions. We encourage all first time users to read these Frequently Asked Questions and the Read Me located in the Welcome menu.
| 03. What are clips? |
Rx Box® Reference content is organized as an outline of distinct Mulligan Practitioner® techniques and procedures. A video clip represents each technique or procedure. These video clips are referred to as 'clips'.
| 04. What are clip numbers? |
The number assigned to each clip is referred to as a 'clip number'. Clip numbers always present next to a title when displayed within Rx Box® and are used when organizing or quickly referencing Mulligan Practitioner® clips.
| 05. Do I have to save a list of clips? |
No. The only consequence of not saving a list is that clips are not bookmarked in My Clips for later reference. Clips are always accessible by clicking the All Clips tab and you can edit and save a new list at anytime.
| 06. Can I edit a list of clips? |
Yes. You can edit and save a new list at anytime. There are two ways to do this. When watching clips, click on 'Menu' located at the upper left portion of the screen, then click 'Edit My Clips'. This opens a window that allows editing of your list. Another method of editing your list is by saving an entire chapter of clips using the Chapter Tab. Attached to the left side of the main viewer is a 'Chapters' tab. Click this tab and select the chapter of clips you wish to save from the list of options. Clips from this chapter will replace any currently saved in My Clips. The new clips can be edited at anytime using the aforementioned methods.
| 07. Should I install Rx Box® Reference? |
Yes. Installing Rx Box® Reference on your computer is simple and fast. Doing this improves application performance and video playback quality. Rx Box® Reference installation is optional. It can operate without being installed by clicking the Skip Install button when the Install option is presented. You are given this option every time Rx Box® Reference is opened until it has been installed. Regardless of whether you choose to install, the Rx Box® Reference disc must be in your CD-ROM drive for the application to run.
| 08. What is QuickTime? |
QuickTime is a popular software utility that plays video on your computer. It must be present for you to watch video clips with Rx Box® Reference. During the installation process, Rx Box® Reference checks for the presence of QuickTime and, if necessary, automatically provides you the option to install an updated version on your computer. Even if you choose not to install Rx Box® Reference, you must install QuickTime in order to watch video.
| 09. What is My Clips? |
My Clips is where lists of clips are selected, saved, and displayed for later use. Consider this a 'bookmark' function. Any combination of clips can be saved in My Clips and then be accessed instantly for reference or presentation. This area has a maroon colored window with a tab labeled 'My Clips'.
| 10. What is All Clips? |

Attached to the left side of the main viewer is a 'Chapters' tab. Clicking this tab opens a box that presents a list of every chapter comprising the Mulligan Practitioner® content outline created by Digital Concepts. You can now interact with, or edit, this new list of clips.
| 12. What is thumbnail display? |
The rectangular window below the main viewer (large, square window where video clips play) has four rounded tabs attached to the top of it. The left two tabs are labeled 'My Clips' and 'All Clips'. Clicking on the My Clip tab opens the window that displays your list of saved clips. The first time you open My Clips, your clips are displayed as small pictures of Mulligan practitioner techniques called thumbnails. Each thumbnail has a corresponding clip number in the upper left hand corner.
You can change how clips display from thumbnails to a list of titles in the 'Menu'. First click on 'Menu' located at the upper left portion of the screen. Then click on the 'Display Clips as: Title List' option. A check mark appears to the left of this option and the thumbnails change to a list of titles.
| 13. What is title list display? |

To change from thumbnail display, click on 'Menu' located at the upper left portion of the screen, then click on the 'Display Clips as: Title List' option. A check mark appears to the left of this option and the thumbnails change to a list of titles. Change back to thumbnail display using the same procedure.
| 14. How do I watch a clip? |
Video clips play in the large, top window that looks like a TV screen. This is the main viewer. A control panel attached to the bottom of the viewer allows you to interact with Mulligan Practitioner clips. The control panel's buttons are similar to that of a common remote control. The middle, triangle-shaped button is 'Play'; click it and the currently selected clip (highlighted and displayed in the main viewer) will start playing. Notice that a new window called 'Notes' opens at the bottom of the screen. To pause or stop a clip, click the button on the control panel with side-by-side vertical bars.
You can also play a clip by clicking a thumbnail or title once if it is already selected, or twice if it is not.
| 15. What is Notes? |
The far right maroon-colored tab attached to the bottom rectangular window is labeled 'Notes'. This area contains information associated with, and supporting, each clip and includes the subcategories Clip Instructions and Clip Notes. The information displayed in Notes always corresponds to the currently selected clip.
The Notes tab may be clicked at anytime to access supporting information. You can skip through Clip Instructions or Clip Notes one at a time by clicking either of the buttons that appear as overlapping triangles on the main viewer's control panel. A new clip is selected and displayed with each click.
| 16. What are Clip Instructions? |
The Notes window opens automatically when playback of a clip is initiated. This window defaults to display text from the clip's audio narration. These are 'Clip Instructions' that describe the technique or procedure that is currently selected.
You can open the Notes window at any time to read Clip Instructions. First, select the clip's thumbnail or title you wish to read about, click on the Notes tab, and then on the Clip Instructions button. You can skip through Clip Instructions one at a time by clicking either of the buttons that appear as overlapping triangles on the main viewer's control panel. A new clip is selected and displayed with each click.

| 18. Can I control audio volume? |
Yes. The speaker-like button on the far right of the main viewer's control panel allows you to adjust volume. A small slider appears when you click this button. Click and hold the slider's vertical bar, and without releasing your mouse, move it right to increase or to the left to decrease volume. Volume of audio playback cannot be increased beyond your system's setting.
| 19. How do I select a different clip to watch? |
There are three ways to select a different clip to watch. First, from an open My Clips or All Clips window simply click on the thumbnail or title that represents the clip you wish to watch.
Second, if a clip has just finished playing and your open window is Notes, click on the My Clips or All Clips tab and select the thumbnail or title that represents the clip you wish to watch
Third, regardless of your open window, click once on the 'Skip' or 'Back' buttons on the main viewer's control panel. 'Skip' and 'Back' are the buttons that look like two overlapping triangles. Only click these buttons once; do not click and hold. You will navigate through My Clips or All Clips depending on which area you last selected a clip from.
| 20. How do I automatically repeat the same clip? |

Clicking on the arrows opens a box that contains two small squares and the following text: 'Repeat One' and 'Repeat All'.
